A credit card is needed on file before the first session.
Forward Therapy Group is an out-of-network provider. We do not currently accept direct insurance payments for psychotherapy. However, we will provide all necessary documentation for assessing out-of-network benefits.
At the end of the month, you will be provided with a superbill, which you can submit as a claim to your insurance provider.
